About the Webinar

Reflecting on the powerful insights from eMHIC Congress 2024, this webinar will explore the enduring challenge of clinician engagement in digital mental health, asking whether it’s time to rethink our approach. Despite a surge in digital solutions, clinician adoption remains limited, raising critical questions about current strategies. Are we addressing the real barriers, and how can we move from engagement to impact?

This session will feature experts who bring distinct perspectives on the path forward. They’ll explore clinician and patient motivations, practical barriers, and potential breakthroughs that could transform digital mental health care. We’ll look closely at innovative strategies, from public health initiatives and co-creation to policy changes and evidence-based design, to address the critical question: How can we empower clinicians to drive real impact in digital mental health?

Key discussion points:

  1. Reflections from eMHIC Congress 2024 on the ongoing barriers to clinician engagement and the insights that can inform future strategies.
  2. The role of public health strategies, such as awareness-raising, education, and challenging stigma, in bridging the gap in digital mental health adoption.
  3. How co-creation with clinicians and a focus on evidence-based design can build trust and foster long-term adoption of digital mental health tools.
  4. Defining success metrics for clinician-driven impact in digital mental health, focusing on patient outcomes, clinician engagement, and sustainable integration.
