Fiona Costello currently serves as Business Development Director at Aire Innovate, bringing over 15 years of diverse healthcare experience to her role. With a family background in healthcare, Fiona has developed a deep-rooted passion for improving health services, which has guided her career across various sectors including the UK’s NHS, private organisations and non-profits. Prior to joining Aire Innovate, Fiona contributed to several impactful initiatives in digital health. At SilverCloud Health, she supported the expansion of digital mental health technology within NHS services during the global pandemic. Later, at ORCHA, she participated in projects such as developing the Canadian Mental Health App Assessment Standard with the Mental Health Commission Canada and collaborating with Alpha MD to enhance digital health delivery in India, starting with data protection and privacy. In her current position at Aire Innovate, Fiona advocates for the adoption of low-code platforms in healthcare. She believes these tools can facilitate the rapid development and deployment of customised applications, potentially streamlining processes, enhancing patient care, and reducing costs without requiring extensive coding knowledge. Fiona’s ongoing commitment to leveraging technology for healthcare improvement reflects her aspiration to contribute meaningfully to the evolving digital health sector and the sustainability of our health services. She continues to learn and grow in this dynamic field, always seeking new ways to support better health outcomes through innovative solutions.

Michael Lardieri, LCSW

Mike Lardieri is a licensed clinical social worker with a 30+ year history leading behavioral health organizations. He has led some of the largest behavioral health organizations in the nation including for profit, not-for-profit, and managed care organizations. Mike is an expert in 42 CFR Part 2 and the implementation of artificial intelligence and machine learning in behavioral health settings. He is also a national leader in quality measurement and sits on the Battelle Partnership for Quality Management Committee. He has also held senior leadership positions at the National Association for Community Health Centers (NACHC), Northwell Health, the largest provider in NY State and the National Council for Mental Wellbeing.
