As the Congress is held in Ottawa, Canada, it runs in line with the Eastern timezone (ET).

No matter where you are in the world, you can tune in to the Congress livestream, and if you miss it, catch up on recorded sessions later. Although live Q&A and participant chatting are limited to the live broadcast, you can stay informed about others' conversations and questions through our customized event app.

All ticket holders will be granted access to all Congress 2024 content for 3 months following the event. That means you can revisit any presentations and panel discussions, and view other comments and interactions from online attendees well after the event finishes.

On the registration page, you'll find the option to buy either a standard In-Person pass or an In-Person + Dinner pass. Opting for the latter grants you access to both the Congress and the dinner! We highly recommend you attend the dinner as it is an excellent opportunity to form lasting connections with colleagues from around the world, and join in celebrating outstanding examples of digital mental health implementation during the prestigious eMHIC Implementation Leadership Awards ceremony.

Absolutely! eMHIC is centered around collaboration, and so it is a top priority to provide all participants with the opportunity to connect and network with colleagues from around the world. We welcome numerous international attendees and delegations, with dedicated time allocated for networking and meeting peers globally. The Congress is the ultimate hub for networking and collaboration, bringing together leaders in digital mental health.

For our online attendees, the custom event platform facilitates networking with others in virtual attendance. This platform features live chat, intimate networking rooms, online forums, and various fun and interactive activities.

You may re-assign your ticket up to 48 hours before the Congress begins. Please contact congress@emhicglobal.com to discuss this. 

To cancel your registration up until August 18, 2024, a cancellation fee of $150 will apply. Starting from August 18, 2024, registrations cannot be cancelled; however, a substitute delegate can be arranged. Please email congress@emhicglobal.com to request a registration transfer.

Online access to Congress will be hosted through our customised event app. If you were a part of Congress 2022, you will be familiar with the platform! 

In the days leading up to the Congress, you will be sent information about logging in and accessing the event platform. We recommend testing this out early to ensure you have time to complete your profile and become familiar with the app. You are welcome to reach out to us at congress@emhicglobal.com anytime if you need help getting set up.
