Dr. Tully is a Harvard trained Licensed Clinical Psychologist and cognitive neuroscientist, VP of Clinical Integrations & Partnerships at Kooth, and holds a faculty appointment in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of California, Davis. Dr. Tully is a nationally recognized expert with 17 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating digital mental health products for adolescents and young adults experiencing serious mental illness.
Over the past decade, Dr. Tully has worked to build and deploy multiple digital mental health tools for youth mental health in community settings across California, including universal screening for psychosis, adjunct early psychosis outpatient treatment support, and a learning healthcare network for improving outcomes in early psychosis care.
Kooth is a digital mental health company partnering with the California Department of Healthcare Services to deliver free and effective mental health support to all California youth aged 13-25 via the Soluna platform. Dr. Tully’s role at Kooth focuses on integrating Soluna into the mental health continuum of care through strategic partnerships with health and education systems and community advocacy.
