Dr. Roger McIntyre, a Professor of Psychiatry and Pharmacology at the University of Toronto, serves as the Executive Director of the Brain and Cognition Discovery Foundation in Toronto, Canada. Additionally, he holds various leadership roles and professorships globally. Dr. McIntyre is the founder of the Canadian Rapid Treatment Centre of Excellence and the CEO of Braxia Scientific Corp.
Recognized as one of “The World’s Most Influential Scientific Minds,” he has authored over 900 articles on mood disorders and is actively engaged in research, particularly focused on innovative treatments and the role of digital psychiatry.
Dr. McIntyre is a distinguished speaker, recipient of teaching awards, and has contributed significantly to clinical practice guidelines. He completed his medical degree at Dalhousie University and underwent residency training and Fellowship in Psychiatric Pharmacology at the University of Toronto.
