Before founding MHI in 2017, Victoria was Director of Programmes at The Royal Foundation, building a portfolio of projects including the Invictus Games, Coach Core, and Heads Together.
She is Chair of the Bridges Impact Foundation, a trustee of the Westminster Foundation and adviser to the Charles Dunstone Charitable Trust.
