Crisis Text Line is a nonprofit organization that provides free, 24/7, confidential text-based mental health support in English and Spanish in the US. Since our launch in 2013, through our model and technology platform, we have provided crucial support through over 10 million text message conversations across the US and 14 million internationally together with our affiliated partners in Canada, the UK, and Ireland. Collectively, we have trained over 100,000 volunteers globally since 2013, making this one of the largest mental health volunteer training programs in the world. Our trained volunteer crisis responders bring texters from a heated moment to a place of calm through nonjudgmental support and empower each texter to use their own strengths and coping strategies. We are committed to creating an empathetic world where nobody feels alone. Individuals seeking confidential support can connect with us via text, web chat, and WhatsApp. To learn more about us visit www.crisistextline.org or follow Crisis Text Line on Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
